We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Items must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final sale, custom, or digital items may not be eligible for return.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
